NUST admission 2027: NET dates

NUST admits undergraduates mainly through its own entry test, the NUST Entry Test (NET). The test runs in four series between November 2026 and July 2027. You can take NET more than once and NUST uses your best score, but you can attempt a discipline only once in each series. Each series needs a separate online registration.

NUST merit formula and aggregate

75%NET score
15%FSc / HSSC (or Part-I)
10%Matric / SSC

NUST ranks every applicant by this aggregate. If you are still in FSc Part-II, NUST uses your Part-I marks for the 15% share. A-Level students in their final year get 25% from their O-Level IBCC equivalence instead of the 10% + 15% split.

ACT/SAT route: national seats use the same 75/15/10 split with your ACT or SAT score in place of NET. International seats are 100% ACT/SAT. Minimum scores to apply: ACT composite 25 plus ACT Science 25 for engineering, computing, applied sciences and architecture; ACT STEM 25 for natural sciences; SAT 550 in each subject (or ACT composite 25) for business, social sciences and LLB. NUST's ACT code is 2915 and SAT code is 2790.
