Permitted Educational Use

StudentPath grants Pakistani students, parents, guardians, and academic counselors a free, revocable, non-exclusive license to access and use our merit calculation tools, admission milestone trackers, and educational guides for personal, non-commercial academic planning.

You may use these resources to calculate aggregate scores, review past closing merits, compare admission criteria across universities, and prepare for academic deadlines.

Prohibition on Automated Scraping and Commercial Exploitation

All proprietary code, formula implementations, structured database compilations, editorial guides, and UI designs on StudentPath belong to StudentPath and its creators. To safeguard portal availability and data integrity:

• You may not harvest, extract, scrape, or index StudentPath datasets or calculator engines using automated bots, crawlers, spiders, or scrapers without prior written authorization.
• You may not republish, mirror, wrap, frame, or sell StudentPath aggregate calculators, algorithms, or curated admission tables on commercial websites, test preparation portals, or mobile applications.
• Commercial test preparation academies and tutoring centers may reference public formulas with clear credit to the respective universities, but must not syndicate or embed StudentPath digital tools without explicit written licensing.

Advisory Nature of Admission Calculators & Data

StudentPath provides calculation tools based on published institutional formulas and regulatory criteria. However:

• Institutional Autonomy: Final admission authority, aggregate determination, quota verification, document validation, and seat allocation rest solely with the respective university admitting boards and selection committees.
• No Guarantee of Admission: An aggregate score or eligibility estimation calculated on StudentPath does not guarantee admission, an interview call, or seat allotment at any university or public sector cadre.
• Formula and Rule Changes: Universities and regulatory bodies frequently revise admission policies, entry test weightings, and eligibility thresholds. Always verify closing dates, fee schedules, and required subjects directly on the target university official admissions portal before submitting applications.

Intellectual Property & Trademarks

All institutional names, logos, test acronyms (such as NET, ECAT, MDCAT, NTS, and CSS), and emblems mentioned on StudentPath remain the exclusive intellectual property of their respective universities, testing testing bodies, and government agencies. Reference to them is purely nominative, educational, and descriptive.

Limitation of Liability

StudentPath and its operators provide all content and calculators on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Under no circumstances will StudentPath, its authors, or contributors be held liable for missed admission deadlines, lost academic opportunities, application rejections, or decisions made based on website content.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any matters arising from the use of StudentPath shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the substantive laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pakistan.
